It depends how discrete the project is, and how much the client values flexibility. Sometimes we offer a flat fee per project, and sometimes we offer a monthly retainer. We’re creative and will find a budget style that works well for us both. We also offer discounts to family, friends, and referrals.
Our job is to build out a program that reflects the legal decisions that you, and your external counsel, have made. We are experts in operationalizing your privacy and data protection program.
